Refunds: I will not issue refunds one week before the show date. If there is a family emergency or an illness I will refund your entry fee after the show. Please understand the show costs money to hold and all money collected go into the show; show hall, awards ect.  I do not and will not pocket any money. Sales from the raffle items and any money left over after show expenses are paid will go to the local animal shelter.

Tags: We will be using two sided tags; side one with horse breed and gender, side two with horses name and owners three initials. This is to prevent judging bias and even the field for everyone.

***PLEASE make sure you print neatly or have computer printed labels on your tags. There where way to many typos and correction that had to be made from the last May's show. ***PLESE note that if a judge CANNOT read you writing the judge will not place it. I would hate to see a winning entry not place because of poor tags. If there are a lot of typo's the next show will go to the number system or index cards. Thank you for under standing.

Rules:

Judges decisions are final.

Please do not bother or hang around the table when it is being judged.

Please be courteous to other entrants and show staff. Rude/foul language and behavior, as well as unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

DO NOT touch anyone else's property. You damage it, you bought it.

No running or horse play in the show hall.

No pets, unless it is a service animal.

No smoking, No alcohol or weapons/firearms in the show hall.

No loud music, use earbuds.
